Kelvin’s Story: From Curiosity to Career Success

Kelvin, a graduate with a degree in International Business and no prior experience in construction, first encountered Engtec by chance when he saw two of our Site Engineers conducting a topographical survey in a local park. Intrigued by the work and impressed by the professionalism of the team, he engaged in conversation and was inspired to explore a new career path.

Despite having no background in engineering or surveying, Kelvin made the bold decision to enrol in our ProQual Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying, placing full trust in the quality of Engtec’s training. His commitment and drive, combined with our tailored support and hands-on practical teaching, led him to complete the course to an exceptional standard.

Today, Kelvin has successfully transitioned into the construction industry and has been working full-time as a Site Engineer with our sister company, Dextrick Service Providers, for over two years.
