Seyar’s Story: From Sixth Form Curiosity to Site Engineering

Seyar was an A-Level student with a growing interest in engineering when Engtec Solutions visited his sixth form college to deliver a careers talk. Our team spent the day speaking with students about the role of mathematics in construction and the exciting opportunities within the Site Engineering profession.

Inspired by the session, Seyar took the initiative to reach out to us directly, eager to explore a career path in engineering. He enrolled on the ProQual Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying and quickly demonstrated strong commitment and capability throughout the course.

Now, just one year after completing his training, Seyar is employed full-time on a live construction site in London as an Assistant Site Engineer with Dextrick Service Providers, our sister company. His journey highlights the impact of early outreach and how accessible, high-quality training can pave the way to rewarding careers in engineering for motivated young learners.
