How it Works
Our mission is simple: to give learners the real-world competencies needed to step confidently into the role of a Site Engineer. We specialise in delivering the ProQual Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying, a qualification that has already launched dozens of successful careers. Many of our learners have progressed directly into full-time roles with our sister company, Dextrick Service Providers, which supplies skilled engineers to Tier 1 contractors across London.
At Engtec, we are proud of our learner-first values. Training is built around real site practices, not unnecessary theory, and all of our assessors are active engineers working on major projects. This ensures our teaching is always relevant, up to date, and industry ready.
